What is The Digital Product Collective?

We are an expert-led network of agile product professionals who specialise in product, scrum, delivery, governance, coaching, user research and digital strategy. Each of us has extensive experience working with leading companies across the world. Many of us have come from a consulting background so are well versed in delivering value from day one.

We have come together to offer our skills as individuals or groups to clients who are looking to hire digital experts on a freelance basis.

How do you ensure that your freelancers can deliver great quality work?

To ensure that our freelancers deliver a high value service to our clients, each of them is carefully assessed before joining our Collective. Introductions to the Collective may come from having previously worked with each other, being recommended by a client or having a particular expertise, which we feel will broaden our coverage. Everyone has at least 10-15 years’ experience in their specialist area. Take a look at our Freelancer profiles.

As a client, what are the fees for hiring a freelancer?

Clients are not charged a fee for hiring our freelancers. Instead, they pay a competitive, fixed day rate, agreed in advance, based on the skills required and time commitment needed. As a referrals based company, a small percentage of the day rate is shared between the freelancer and The Digital Product Collective.

What type of work do you undertake?

We do everything but the build!

Each of our freelancers has a specialist skill set and experience within the field of digital technology. This includes product management, agile methodology, coaching, UX strategy and design, digital transformation, strategic project management and project delivery.
